WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES ARE SAYING

“I’ve worked for Kendall for over 10 years in every department. I started as an oil change technician, moved up to assistant service manager in a few years and then transitioned to sales. I sold cars for a few years, became a sales manager and now a General Manager. It’s incredible to work for a company that allows it’s employees to succeed and grow their career. The culture here is fantastic, the respect and appreciation that Kendall has for their employees and customers is unmatched.”

Adam Starkey

“When asked why I love working for Kendall many things immediately come to mind. But first and foremost, I love that Kendall is so actively involved in the community. Whether it be Christmas for Kids, The March of Dimes, or Drive for Education Kendall is always out in the community giving back. I’m one of those lucky people who doesn’t feel like he has to cover up the company logo on his shirt when he leaves work!”

Adam Starkey • Eugene Toyota • Parts Manager

“I started off as a detailer, then put 8 years in on the parts counter and finally settled in at the Collision Center. Kendall Auto Group has been a wonderful career choice for me as it has let me advance to the position I am in now as the Production Manager of a respected business in our community. I highly recommend working for Kendall for many reasons, but especially for their involvement in our community on many levels.”

Andy Hochnadel • Kendall Auto Group • Body Shop
“I have worked for Kendall since the dealership was acquired in January 2020 and enjoy every day of it. Kendall creates a culture that is fun to work in, while still being challenged to reach new heights every day. I appreciate working for a company that is always putting its community first and helping the lives of so many around it. I can not think of working for any other auto group than Kendall! I am constantly impressed by the direction of this company and the caliber of care set forth.”
Michael Grunden • Kendall Ford of Marysville • Sales Manager
