Overview
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a highly organized Dealer Marketing Fund Administrator to support dealership advertising reimbursement programs, manufacturer documentation requirements, compliance tracking, and internal reporting across multiple dealership locations.
This role works closely with internal marketing and dealership operations teams, as well as manufacturer partners, to ensure accurate documentation, timely submissions, and clear communication related to advertising and compliance programs.
This position supports dealership and manufacturer marketing initiatives across our automotive brands, including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Mazda, Porsche, RAM, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage manufacturer advertising reimbursement and co-op submission processes
• Review, organize, and maintain documentation and compliance records
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of required materials
• Prepare reimbursement, forecasting, and reporting documents
• Reconcile advertising submissions and supporting documentation
• Coordinate communication between dealership teams and manufacturer representatives
• Collect and distribute dealership promotional materials
• Maintain accurate records related to manufacturer compliance programs
• Support administrative, reporting, and coordination functions within the marketing operations team
Qualifications
• Administrative, office support, accounting, or coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Automotive, compliance, accounting support, or administrative experience is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Working Conditions
Primarily indoor office work. Role involves regular computer use and occasional standing or walking throughout the workday.
