Lead a high-performing sales team while living where most people vacation. Kendall Ford of Bozeman is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager who can drive results, develop people, and help lead one of the region’s premier Ford dealerships.

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy leader with proven automotive management experience to oversee and grow our New and Used Vehicle sales operations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to motivate a team and drive performance in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop the New & Used Vehicle sales teams
• Drive department growth and exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
• Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and merchandising vehicles
• Work closely with sales staff to improve closing ratios and customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain clear performance standards and accountability
• Support customer retention and long-term relationship development
• Oversee operations for the UVI department
• Partner with dealership leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For
• Previous automotive sales management experience required
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to build opportunities for dealership growth and customer satisfaction
• Experience with inventory management and sales strategy
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
