Kendall Toyota of Anchorage is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our busy Office Team. Starting pay is $21 per hour DOE. Full time Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.

Job duties could include the following tasks:
• Processing car deals and bank funding paperwork, which includes verification of deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
• Posting deal funding payments and financial reserves, making trade payoffs, issuing referral checks, activating aftermarket contracts.
• Processing wholesale transactions including re-assigning titles to the dealerships, posting auction sales, mailing titles to the auction, and coding payments from the auction.
• Processing street buys and issuing payments, processing trades between dealerships, daily deposits from sales, parts and service departments and preparing them for the bank.
• Processing DMV transactions, sending titles to lenders, delivering DMV paperwork to customers, posting rental contracts, and internal repair orders.
• Entering new vehicles into the accounting system; posting vehicle transactions into GL accounts upon vehicle arrival.
• Processing payments from AR customers and maintaining AR schedules, including collecting past-due payments from customers.
• Processing payments to vendors, reconciling monthly statements, maintaining vendor records including W-9 forms, aftermarket product cancellations, reconciling General Ledger accounts, communicating with customers, vendors, and other department managers.
