My first experience with Kendall was in early 2012 when I interned at Kendall Toyota as a Lube Technician through Umpqua Community College's General Automotive program. My internship experience with Kendall was amazing, and I quickly realized I was surrounded by managers and co-workers who support each other and are willing to invest in my long-term success. In 2012 I was hired as full-time Lube Technician and quickly began training as a Line Technician. My service manager recognized my potential and Kendall paid for my Toyota technician training. I am now a Toyota Expert Certified Technician. It is my next goal to become a Toyota Master Technician specializing in diagnostics.

As I continue to build my skills, I look forward to training other technicians and supporting my peers in the shop the same way they did for me when I first started working here. Choosing an automotive career and interning with Kendall is one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you want to better yourself, I can't think of a better company to work for.

In January of 2020, I was told that our store would be joining the Kendall Auto Group. I didn't know much about the group, just that they owned a lot of stores in Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska. Little did I know that they are more than just a group of auto dealerships.
