Coverage For Employees
The Kendall Health Plan is exclusively available to our employees and their families. Kendall pays most of the cost for employees and also contributes to dependent coverage. There is a low co-pay for simple office visits and for prescriptions. We partner with Blue Cross and Health Management Associates to ensure a wide choice of doctors, clinics and hospitals.
DENTAL / VISION
Kendall adds extra value into its dental plan: exams, cleanings and other preventative care does NOT reduce the annual maximum benefits amount. We partner with Delta Dental for true nationwide coverage with more than 100,000 participating dentists. Treat your eyes right with Kendall coverage with VSP, the largest vision insurance company in the US. The nationwide VSP network means no forms and no fuss to see an eye doctor or optician.
Kendall helps employees save for retirement with a 401(k) retirement savings plan. An employer match contribution is available to benefit most employees each year.
Employee and Family Discounts, Life Insurance, and a Section 125 Flexible Spending Account add value to being on the Kendall team.

Make A Difference
It’s one thing to say we care. It’s another to prove it with our actions each day.
Kendall Cares is designed to give back to the community through a variety of partnerships throughout the year. We strive to make our communities happier, healthier and safer places to live. At Kendall, giving back to those we serve has been a cornerstone of our company for decades, and we are constantly searching for new ways of engaging with our communities.
